Complex IT Management
Businesses are getting complex. Processes even more complex. The IT desk doesn’t just have a daunting task but the very operations of an enterprise depend on how well the IT assets are managed. To add to the complexity these IT assets could well be multi-vendor and from information sharing to security to managing threats the operations the tasks could be even more complex. All this could make it functionally disconnected from the business objectives.
ManageEngine which started in 1996 is based in USA with majority of its workforce based out of their Chennai office has over 8000 paid customers in India. It comprises around 60 per cent revenue of Zoho Corp. According to them their CAGR is around 30 – 35 per cent over the last 5 years.
In terms of pricing ManageEngine offers their standard edition of ServiceDesk Product to manage the IT help desk tickets of the company for free for about 5 users and charges only $995 for about 10 users.
