Youth will also have to step out of the comfort zone. Employment and self-employment will have to be found in difficult and new areas.

Youth is the most important and dynamic section of the population in any country, the reason for this is that the development of any nation lies in the future generations. We can undoubtedly say that the youth of today are the innovators, creators and leaders of tomorrow. But they are disappointed today, what should they do? First struggled for education, then struggled for employment. Why are our government policies so lax? Due to the current policy measures and protection of artificial intelligence, there is a strong apprehension that the proportion of unemployment, in comparison, the creation of new jobs is no longer in the hands of the central or state governments. The same is true in the private sector, according to a survey 35% of all lost jobs will not come back. After Covid, the modus operandi of work is going to change. Companies will now get more and more work done by temporary staff, permanent jobs will become less and less.
The entire life capital of the parents is spent in educating the children. The middleclass youth is surrounded by many problems. There is a tax burden on their family, “Rewaris” are distributed from their tax. Today's youth like discipline and transparency and they not only follow it but also question if the system does not work properly. In comparison to educated unemployed youth, not being able to get employment according to their qualifications is one of the biggest problems of today.
The psychology that has been created or done in the mind of youth of India, is the job, not the enterprise. Youth will also have to step out of the comfort zone. Employment and self-employment will have to be found in difficult and new areas. Today, India is one of the youngest countries in the world, with over 62% of its population in the working age group (15–59 years), and more than 54% of its total population under the age of 25.
This is the time of multi skill, so focus on skill, reskill and future skill. New career options in many fields like rediscovering business models, e-education, healthcare management, pharmaceuticals sector, e-commerce, data science, digital marketing, agri-tech, risk insurance, youtuber, NGO, organic farming, IT administrator, Customer Service Specialist, Digital Marketer, IT Support or Help Desk, Data Analyst, Financial Analyst and Graphics Designer are currently looking in front.
The next 25-26 years are important for the country as India will complete 100 years of independence in 2047. According to the report, by 2030, the number of youth in Asia's largest economy will be 22.31% in China, and it will be 20.10% in Japan, India will have the highest figure at 32.26%. That is, India is close to that golden period of its future where its economy can touch new heights. It is very difficult to find a new path, but this is the only solution, we don't have to stick to plan A, plan B and plan C because we have the option till plan Z. Programs like 'Make in India', 'Skill India' and 'Vocal for Local' have been started, this has given some impetus in investment and construction, infrastructure and new employment generation in the country. Also, Government of India has started the Startups India scheme with the intention of creating a strong ecosystem, Rs 1,000 crore Startups India Seed Fund has been started in the country. The establishment of the Atal Incubation Center is a lifeline for startups, as well as the Mudra Loan Scheme has been started to promote self-employment and startups of new business models.
Governments also have to make full-proof plans. Why is the enthusiasm of the youth being trampled with sticks by the police? Do the leaders have any vision for the youth of this country? There is a great need for transparency and credibility in competitive examinations. So that the question papers are not leaked nor technical glitches can happen. Each competitive exam has a fixed time limit. Recruitment advertisements should be released on time, regular examinations, interviews should also be held on time, so that the recruitments are not pending. There should be no uniformity in the dates of various examinations, as well as special courts should be formed to hear matters related to recruitment, so that there is no delay in recruitment.
