One Book to read when you want to motivate yourselves.
I read books more for learning than for motivation. The last book I read was Ben Horowitz’s ‘The Hard Things about Hard Things’. I do read motivating, insightful quotes again and again. Quotes summarise and define life so well.
One Dialogue of a movie that motivates you or you like the most.
There are many of them :

ii) Don't ever let someone tell you, you can't do something, not even me. You got a dream, you got to protect it. People can't do something themselves, they want to tell you, you can't do it. You want something, go get it. Period. All right? - The Pursuit of Happiness.
iii) What we do in life…echoes in eternity. – Gladiator
The Place you never been to and always want to go.

Luck or Hard Work: What do you think weighs more in defining a successful Person?
Actually both. You have to work hard, continue working hard and have luck on your side. There is no substitute for hard work.
One best decision you ever made.
Moving to a business role at work.
A strategy that you always use to take your decisions in Personal or Professional life.
I am more execution-driven than strategy-driven. Speed is my mantra. I believe in rolling up my sleeves and getting involved in the execution.
Whose advise you seek when in dilemma?
What has been your biggest achievement?
It’s yet to come. There’s so much to do and a million miles to go.
