Vaishnaw To Inaugurate New Railway Services In Odisha

Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw will inaugurate new train services and railway buildings in Odisha on Thursday. According to the East Coast Railway, Vaishnaw will inspect the Khurda Road-Balangir project and open the Mahipur-Nugaon Road railway section at Nuagaon Road station.

Railway Minister will flag off the extension of 08429/08430 Bhubaneswar-Mahipur-Bhubaneswar Passenger Special from Nuagaon Road station to Nuagaon Road. During the Odisha tour, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw will announce the new train towards Puri and the stoppage of Sewa Express at Bolagarh PH.

Vaishnaw will inaugurate the new station building in Khurda Road. Apart from this, will inaugurate LHB services in Bhubaneswar-New Delhi Duronto Express from Khurda Road station.

He will also inaugurate the new building of Patiya and Vani Vihar PH through video conferencing from Khurda Road station. Ashwini Vaishnav will inspect passenger facilities at Puri station on Thursday evening and inaugurate various public facilities for the Rath Yatra.

These include special trains for pilgrims, a covered shelter for 15,000 pilgrims, a lounge, mobile ticketing facility, battery-operated vehicle facility for the elderly, food courts and free meals for the needy.
