Twitter’s premium users can now edit their tweets. The feature has been rolled out for the microblogging platform’s Twitter Blue users in Australia, Canada and New Zealand.

The edit feature has been launched by Twitter after significant amount of testing, which the platform had announced last month.

The official handle of Twitter Blue made the announcement on Twitter: “test went well, Edit Tweet is now rolling out to Twitter Blue members in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand!”.

Twitter had demonstrated the feature on its platform by editing one of its tweets last month. The edited tweeted showed ‘Last Edited’ at the bottom of the post.

Along with the possibility of editing the tweet, Twitter Blue users can also view a version history on every edited Tweet so that they know what changed.

For now, the edit feature has been introduced to just the Twitter Blue users who avail premium features on Twitter. The paid subscription plan is currently unavailable in India.

Twitter plans to roll out the much-anticipated feature in the US next for its premium users.
