India has shown how well democracy is delivering in a country so vast and so diverse. The way crores of Indians together have achieved big goals is unprecedented, said Prime Minister Narendra Modi while addressing and interacting with the Indian community in Germany at the Audi Dome, Munich.

Prime Minister highlighted India’s growth story and mentioned various initiatives undertaken by the government to further achieve the country’s development agenda.

Prime Minister also lauded the contribution of the diaspora in promoting India’s success story and acting as brand ambassadors of India’s success.

“Today, the India of the 21st century is not one of the laggards in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, but one of those leading it,” Modi said.

Modi added that India believes in its own strength and that is why today we are breaking old records and achieving new goals.

Meanwhile, Prime Modi met the President of Argentina Alberto Fernandez in Munich on the sidelines of the G7 Summit.

This was the first bilateral meeting between the two leaders. They reviewed progress in implementing the bilateral strategic partnership established in 2019.

Discussions took place on various issues including trade and investment; South-South cooperation, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector; climate action, renewable energy, nuclear medicine, electric mobility, defence cooperation, agriculture and food security, traditional medicine, cultural cooperation, as well as coordination in international bodies.
