Tata Wraps Mumbai Metro To Launch Its Premium Tea Brand ‘Street Chais Of India’

Tata Consumer Products on Friday revealed a new sub-brand under Tata Tea Premium ‘Street Chais of India’, honouring the distinct street tea flavours of the country.

The launch ceremony was held at Mumbai’s Versova Metro station, where, Puneet Das, President of Packaged Beverages (India and South Asia), Tata Consumer Products, unveiled the new product.

According to Tata, the Premium Street collection is aimed to expand its hyper-local approach by creating distinct blends.

Commenting on the launch Das said, our goal with ‘Street Chais’ is to provide a flavourful experience that reflects the bustling streets of Mumbai with every sip.

He said it’s a unique collection that aims to replicate the authentic flavours of the street tea available throughout India.

As Mumbai is famous for roadside tea stalls and other tea houses serving a variety of aromatic teas. The Mumbai Cutting Chai from Tata Tea Premium Street Chais of India is an effort to bring alive the same street chai culture of Mumbai, Das added.
