Silver prices rose Rs 392 to Rs 61,469 per kg in the futures trade on Friday as participants widened their bets on a firm spot demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for the December delivery gained Rs 392, or 0.64 per cent, to Rs 61,469 per kg in 13,162 lots.
