SBI Mutual Fund Purchases Over 4.7 Mn HDFC AMC Shares For Rs 757 Cr
According to the National Stock Exchange (NSE) bulk deal data, SBI Mutual Fund purchased 47,33,788 shares of the business at an average price of Rs 1,600 each, for a total worth of Rs 757.40 crore

SBI Mutual Fund purchased 47.33 lakh shares of HDFC AMC in an open market deal on Monday for Rs 757 crore.
According to the National Stock Exchange (NSE) bulk deal data, SBI Mutual Fund purchased 47,33,788 shares of the business. The shares were purchased at an average price of Rs 1,600 each, for a total worth of Rs 757.40 crore.
On the NSE, HDFC AMC shares ended 0.17 per cent higher at Rs 1,681 per scrip on Monday.
Shrem Infra Structure offloaded shares in Shrem InvIT for Rs 178 crore in an open market sale in a separate bulk transaction. Shrem InvIT is sponsored by Shrem Infra Structure Pvt Ltd. (Shrem Infrastructure Investment Trust).
According to NSE data, Shrem Infra Structure sold 1.56 crore shares at an average price of Rs 114 per piece, for a total deal value of Rs 177.84 crore.
The shares were purchased by Rohit Kapadia and Kairus Shavak Dadachanji A/C Non-Discretionary.
Shrem InvIT shares surged 8.99 per cent higher to end at Rs 114 on the NSE.
