Founded in 2015, the company began as a mobile learning solutions for professional upskilling in Chennai. Seeing success in the venture the platform set up regional office in Dubai and expanded its presence in the middle east. By 2019 they had crossed 500,000 users and began collaboration with Go1. As the venture grew, the original team of five, expanded to over 100 employees. Now Disprz has regional offices In Indonesia and has entered the Australian market.

Disprz has helped over 250 organisations globally by building a talent pool that empowers the brand. The venture redefines digital skilling and learning experiences by combining learning techniques with technology, AI and data sciences.

Impact and Strategy

Disprz aims to enable organisations to not just bridge the skill gap but create impactful skilling programs with data-driven outcomes that have a positive impact on both the organisation and the learner. This is accomplished by making learning and skilling the core growth strategy of organisations. Helping organisations identify and benchmark themselves against trending skills required in their respective industry and drive digital skilling adoption to facilitate capability building. Furthermore, emphasising the need for it today, alongside recognising the jobs of tomorrow.

Among their popular products is the ‘Learning Management System’, a 360-degree learning which includes instructor-based learning, social learning, live modules, surveys, reporting and analytics offering self-paced and on -the-go learning. They also have a ‘Learning Experience Platform’, that is one of the most successful products among global industry leaders.

Three things that have helped the venture work towards these goals include: (a) Product strategy - The wide range of products caters to all colours of collar, and the ability to measure outcomes from learning programs. (b) Unique 4-step process from skill identification to skill impact- with features like role to skill mapping, skill assessments etc. And (c) Focus on data-driven approach and emphasis on customer success.

Growth and Expansion

Disprz continues to expand into developed markets such as the United States of America and the United Kingdom while also growing their existing clients.

The secret lies in maintaining the product quality. The products are the main anchor for stability at Disprz. With a focus on building strong, scalable architecture and processes. The reoccurring annual revenue involves upselling opportunities that benefit the customers.

For market growth, the company is increasing the revenue share from international markets. Moreover targeting on specific industries that promote learning and development such as BFSI.
