About maternity bill affecting women workforce, Ira Gupta says, “For returning mothers specifically, we offer flexible work arrangements for up to two years to our female employees. Our infrastructure enables all employees, including new parents, to be mobile while continuing to be collaborative and engaged. Microsoft has four types of Flexible Work Arrangements in India available to all employees - Flexible Scheduling, Tele-working, Work from Home and Part Time.”
