Panasonic Launches A3, A3 Pro In India; Will Be Available Through Offline Channels

Japanese electronics firm Panasonic launched two new smartphones Eluga A3 and A3 Pro. Both devices are priced at Rs 11,290 and Rs 12,790 respectively and available from today (10 August) through offline retailers across India.

Both Panasonic Eluga A3 and A3 Pro are very similar and the only difference is among their processor and storage. Both smartphones are offered in mocha gold, gold, and grey colours.

Eluga A3 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and powered by a 1.25 Ghz Quad-core Mediatek MT6737 processor coupled with 3GB RAM. It has 16GB internal storage which is expandable up to 128GB through a hybrid dual-SIM configuration where SIM 2 slot is doubled as MicroSD card holder.

Panasonic Eluga A3 features a 5.2-inch HD (1280x720) IPS display with 2.5 D curved glass and Asahi dragon trial for protection. It sports 13-megapixels rear camera with LED flash and PDAF. On the front is an 8-megapixels selfie camera.

Eluga A3 is backed by a 4000mAh battery which supports quick charging. It also comes with virtual assistant ARBO. The home button on the front also doubles as fingerprint sensor which is used for unlocking the device.

Connectivity options are – Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, 4G VoLTE, 3.5mm audio-jack, and GPS. It measures 148.7x72.4x9.1mm and weighs 161 grams.

As mentioned earlier, both devices are almost same and the difference is between their processor and internal storage. A3 Pro is powered by 1.3 Ghz Octa-core Mediatek MTK 6753 processor and has 32GB internal storage. Everything else on the Eluga A3 Pro is same as the Eluga A3.
