PM Modi To Virtually Inaugurate MP Investors Summit Today

Prime Minister Narendra Modi would be virtually inaugurating the Seventh Edition of 'Invest Madhya Pradesh-Global Investors Summit', that kickstarts at Indore today. The two day event is being organised by the Madhya Pradesh state government and the theme of this year’s summit is 'Madhya Pradesh-The Future Ready State'.
The PM wrote in a tweet about the event. “At around 11:10am today, I will be sharing my remarks at the Invest Madhya Pradesh - Global Investors Summit 2023 via video conferencing. This Summit will showcase the diverse investment opportunities in Madhya Pradesh."
According to official information, Guyana President Dr Mohamed Irfaan Ali and Suriname President Chandrikapersad Santokhi will also address the meet after the inaugural address. Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal will also address the meet virtually.
The state government informed that a total of 447 international delegates from 84 countries, 401 international buyers, more than 5,000 industrialists and representatives of various international industry associations and representatives of all G20 countries will be participating in the event.
Earlier, MP Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan had met the NRI who arrived in the city for the Pravasi Bharatiya Diwas over dinner and urged them to participate in the summit and invest in Madhya Pradesh.
