There is no trace of Nupur Sharma, the former spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janata Party, who came into controversy after commenting on Prophet Muhammad. Mumbai Police in Delhi has been searching for Nupur Sharma for the last four days but it has not been able to get any information about Nupur's location.

According to the information, a complaint has been lodged against Nupur Sharma in the matter of remarks on Prophet Muhammad of Raza Foundation of Mumbai, after which Nupur Sharma was summoned for questioning but she did not reach. Maharashtra Home Ministry says that the Mumbai police has enough evidences to arrest Nupur.

Along with India, many Muslim countries have also opposed this comment of Nupur Sharma. So right there now a statement has come from the United States of America (USA) regarding this. America has condemned the controversial comments of Nupur Sharma and Naveen Jindal. At the same time, has expressed happiness over the BJP's action taken against these two leaders (Action Against Nupur and Naveen). After the comments of Nupur and Naveen, there has been an uproar in the country as well as abroad. This statement of America has been issued by the Foreign Ministry.
