Amid the ongoing crackdown against drug Naxal, Indian law enforcement and intelligence agency, Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), on Saturday, searched former Bigg Boss contestant and Bollywood film actor Armaan Kohli's Mumbai resident in association with an alleged drugs case.

The raid which lasted more than 6 hours was led by NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede.

The team of NCB seized drugs from his house after the raid, and they took Armaan Kohli to its office for further investigation, as per News Agency ANI.

The Central Agency started its operation named ‘Rolling Thunder’ to expose the network of drug peddlers and suppliers in Mumbai. The NCB crackdown took an even sharper turn after the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput (SSR).

Meanwhile, in the last two days, under the operation ‘Rolling Thunder, NCB has arrested 7 persons, which also includes a Television actor Gaurav Dixit and two Nigerian nationals.

After that tragic death of SSR, several big Bollywood celebrities came under the radar of NCB which includes top actresses like Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, and Rakul Preet Singh. NCB had questioned all of them in connection with a probe into the film world's alleged drug links.

Armaan is not new to controversy, during his stint in Bigg Boss season 7, he grabbed several eyeballs due to his aggressive nature and temper issues. He has appeared in films like Dushman Zamana (1992), Anaam (1993), Qahar (1997), and Jaani Dushman: Ek Anokhi Kahani (2002).
