MyOperator Launches First Digital Phone Line For SME

The digital phone connectivity will help all small and medium-sized businesses to improve its customer interaction over call and WhatsApp chat, a service through a single business number

The cloud-based communication company MyOperator announced the launch of ‘Heyo Phone’, India’s first digital phone line for small and medium businesses (SME), on Wednesday.

According to the company’s official statement, the digital phone connectivity will help all small and medium-sized businesses to improve its customer interaction over call and WhatsApp chat, a service through a single business number. 

It added, the Heyo number can be activated in less than a minute and requires only digital Aadhar verification. The activation is followed by linking one number to multiple staff at an affordable price.

The company underlines Heyo objective is to allow simple business and customer experience, empowering the small and mid-market retailers, traders and freelancers. An aim to digitally engage more than 65 million customer and commerce through one number and a single dashboard.

Meanwhile, the SME communication market in India alone makes up to USD 4 billion, in comparison to the USD 40 billion globally. MyOperator’s new launch is likely to boost the communication market in the country. Thus, becoming the chosen platform for PM Narendra Modi’s 'Mann Ki Baat'.

MyOperator also provides a full-stack communication platform (CPAAS) to 10 thousand and more businesses including, Lenskart, Apollo, PWC, Wow! Momo, E&Y and Amazon.
