Monster India Launches ‘Contract Jobs’ Section

Monster India has announced “Contract Jobs” section for professional, contractual and temporary hiring in India. With Monster Contract jobs both employers and jobseekers will now find better access to the pool of talent looking for contractual employment and companies that look to hire contract workers, project workers respectively.

According to industry estimates, the Indian organised temporary staffing industry is likely to employ nine million people by 2025 and is expected to grow to represent 10 per cent of the organised workforce by 2025.

“Contract Jobs” is the most recent example of Monster helping employers and job seekers find better by connecting more efficiently and successfully through innovative technology solutions, tools and services.

Knimbus Appoints Kunwar Asheesh Saxena

ICICI Bank and Aircel launch ‘Mobile Money’
ICICI Bank, India’s private sector bank, and Aircel, one of India’s most innovative telecom players announced the launch of a mobile banking service - Mobile Money.

Mobile Money, designed especially for the unbanked population, will enable customers of these two organisations to transfer money in a safe, secure and instant manner through their mobile phones without getting connected to data services.

A majority of the unbanked population faces hurdles in transferring money due to lack of branches or ATMs closer to them. Mobile Money aims at financial inclusion of such people by offering them a gamut of financial services such as deposits and cash withdrawals, money transfer to third parties, self-reload of prepaid mobile credit, and various utility bill payments.

ICICI Bank’s experience in financial services together with Aircel’s vast retailer and distribution reach and its expertise in mobile network and customer-care centre will help simplify financial transactions for the end users. To complement the expertise of ICICI Bank and Aircel, VISA, the global payments technology company, has been chosen to provide and manage the mobile money platform.

VML Qais, Revlon India Use Unique Insights To Engage With Indian Women
Digital marketing agency VML Qais and Revlon India, leveraged social media to gain insight into the beauty habits of Indian woman, before driving a new campaign based upon those insights.
 
Over a 2-week period, VML Qais ran a series of polls on the Revlon India Facebook page, asking women questions in order to draw insights. The polls were conducted to better understand the mindset of Indian women and their attitudes and habits towards foundation.
