Monday Market Update: Titan, BoB Gain Good, Check Out Zomato, Tata Steel Today

Friday saw both NSE and BSE closing on a green mark. With a new trading week starting today, experts say that the market will continue its roller coaster ride

Friday turned out to be a good day for the stock market, as both Nifty and Sensex closed on a green mark. While the NSE Nifty closed at 17,854.05, up by 1.38 per cent, the BSE Sensex closed with a gain of 1.52 per cent at 60,841.88. The new trading week starting today is expected to have a muted start and may see a roller coaster ride during the day. 

The Big Gainers 

Mahalaxmi Rubtech was amongst the biggest gainers as the closing bell rang on Friday. Trading at Rs 278.00, this stock jumped 17.08 per cent and has seen a growth of 5.16 per cent in the last 5 days.

Bank of Baroda too saw a good gain on Friday. This stock closed at Rs 163.80 with a gain of 6.33 per cent and 1.42 in the last five days. Titan Company recently released its Q3 report and its stocks have seen good growth. This stock is available at Rs 2,458.30 and saw a jump of 6.51 per cent in the last trading day. 

Bullish Trend In These Stocks 

Momentum Indicator Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) is showing a bullish trend in ICICI Bank, IDFC Limited, Zomato and M&M Financial Services today. ICICI Bank's share is currently available at Rs 862.50 and a slight gain was registered on Friday. It has gained 4.81 per cent in the last 5 days. Its 52-week high level is 958.20. Talking about IDFC, it closed at Rs 88.65 on the red mark in the last trading session. However, it has given a return of 7.07 per cent in the last 5 days. 

The stock of food delivery company Zomato remains bullish. It had gained 2.42 per cent on Friday. Presently this share is trading at Rs.48.65. It is far behind its 52-week high of Rs 98.50. 

Q3 Results Expected 

Today, Q3 results of the following companies are expecting, which will definitely have an impact on their share positioning -

Tata Steel, Adani Transmission, AGS Transact Technologies, Balaji Amines, Easy Trip Planners, Infibeam Avenues, JK Paper, Kolte-Patil Developers, LIC Housing Finance, Monte Carlo Fashions, Muthoot Finance, Nuvoco Vistas Corporation, OnMobile Global, Shankara Building Products, SJVN, Tejas Networks, Unichem Laboratories and Varun Beverages stocks will be in focus ahead of their quarterly earnings.
