Luxury carmaker Lexus is all set to widen its portfolio in India with the launch of Lexus NX 300h on 17 November. This is going to be the company’s fourth offering in the country after the RX450h, ES300h, and LX450d vehicles.

Lexus NX 300h is the company’s smallest SUV and is most likely to be placed below the Lexus RX450h.

Similar to the previous launches, the upcoming Lexus will also sport a hybrid powertrain, which will have a 2.5L petrol engine as well as an electric motor with CVT (continuously variable transmission) technology, churning out maximum output of 194PS.

The SUV is likely to be priced within a range of Rs 75 lakh – Rs 80 lakh, and is going to compete with the likes of Audi Q7, Mercedes-Benz GLE, and BMW X5.

Talking about Lexus NX 300h’s design elements, the vehicle has the signature Lexus spindle grill at the front, and LED headlamps.

From infotainment point of view, NX 300h has a 10.3-inch multimedia display with 10-speaker sound system, and a two-zone automatic climate control system.

Lexus, which debuted in India in March 2017, has guest experience centers located in New Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Bangalore. Additionally, after sales service facilities are also available in Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kochi.
