Khullar: Won't Rush To WTO Over US Visa Row

India will not go rushing to the World Trade Organisation (WTO) to settle a dispute with the United States over an increase in US visa fees, Indian trade secretary said on Monday. Indian officials have protested a hike in US visa fees that is expected to hit India's IT industry, and proposed tax changes, supported by US President Barack Obama, that would end breaks for US firms that create jobs and profits overseas. Trade Secretary Rahul Khullar said he had raised issues over market access and non-tariff barriers with a team of US officials now on a visit to India.
