J&K Administration Remove 400 Bogus Companies
As per the reports, the bank account of the companies has been frozen in order to resist them to do any further transactions

The registrar of companies in Jammu & Kashmir has removed 400 companies for not following the procedures of filing the business status. Under Section 10A of the Companies Act-2013, the Registrar of Companies has taken action against such companies.
As per the report of the leading media company, all the companies who have not started their business and have not filed the report with the registrar came under the action
As per the reports, the bank account of the companies has been frozen in order to resist them to do any further transactions.
