Honda WR-V became the top selling vehicle for Honda Cars India, for the month of November 2017. It sold 3,521 units.

The company’s premium sedan Honda City acquired the second position at 3,315 units, followed by Honda Jazz at 2.039 units.

Honda Amaze sold 1,976 units during November 2017, BR-V and Brio stood at 793 units and 154 units, respectively. Honda Cars India sold 21 units of CR-V.

Yoichiro Ueno, President and CEO, Honda Cars India said, “Last year HCIL sales in November were severely affected by demonetization. Although November volumes this year have shown improvement over last year, the market is still to recover fully from the GST related changes affecting consumers at large.”

“On a cumulative basis, HCIL sales have grown by 19 per cent backed by strong performance of our models across markets and it gives us confidence that we will have good growth in this fiscal year," Ueno added.
