Gold Medalist Neeraj Chopra Increases His Endorsement Fees By 10 Times

Javelin throw gold medalist Neeraj Chopra was earning an annual income of 15-25 lakhs before the Olympics but after returning from the Olympics Neeraj has increased his endorsement fees over 10 times.

Neeraj Chopra, a star Javelin player and gold medalist in the recently concluded Tokyo Olympics has become an inspiration to the young generation. The popularity of the sportsperson after winning the gold medal has gone over the sky. 

 

Presently, Neeraj Chopra has increased its endorsement fees by 10 times. He has become the second Indian sportsman after Virat Kohli to charge endorsement a little less than him.

According to a leading media house, JSW sports who manage Neeraj are going through with five or six brand endorsements with luxury auto and other brands. deal with the existing brands like Nike, sports drinks like Gatorade, etc.

 

Mustafa Ghouse, Chief Executive of JSW Sports, told a leading media house that we have received requests from over brands for the endorsement but we have to be selective in a few of them as Neeraj has very few free days between the training section in India and abroad for the coming 12-14 months. The endorsement deal will be signed till the next Paris Olympics. Neeraj has refused over not endorsing alcohol or tobacco brands.
