Fintech Startup LoanAdda Ties Up With Real Estate Giant Unity Group

LoanAdda, an online loan aggregator of financial products and loan distribution services, has formed a partnership with real estate giant Unity Group's residential project "Amaryllis" to facilitate quick loan disbursement services for property buyers.

Anshuman Mishra, founder of LoanAdda, said: "We are extremely delighted to be associated with Unity Group, one of the biggest real estate developers in the country. With this partnership, we hope to create a mutually benefitting ecosystem, with customer satisfaction being our topmost priority."

New Delhi-based fintech LoanAdda, incorporated in September 2015, has scored more than 50,000 applications across 2,000 data points per application since inception.

Following the tieup with Unity Group, LoanAdda hopes to become a syndicate for Delhi's biggest residential project and will help in housing loans to customers from all walks of life.

The Amaryllis project is located in central Delhi and covers an area of 39.8 acres.
