The health of Britain's Queen Elizabeth II has deteriorated after which she has been kept under medical supervision at Balmoral Castle residence in Scotland.

Doctors have expressed concern about the health of Queen Elizabeth II. Though, this information came from the Buckingham Palace. "Following a medical examination this morning, doctors expressed concern about the Queen's health and advised her to remain under medical supervision," a Buckingham Palace statement said.

Her son and successor Prince Charles, his wife Camilla and grandson Prince William have visited Balmoral, according to the Queen's Clarence House and Kensington Palace offices.

Queen Elizabeth II on Tuesday formally appointed Conservative Party leader Liz Truss as UK's new Prime Minister. Truss had arrived at her Balmoral Castle residence in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, to meet the 96-year-old Queen. Meanwhile, Truss said, this news of Buckingham Palace will worry the whole country. She said via a tweet, "At this time, my best wishes to the entire nation are with the Queen and her family."
