Deloitte India Launches Generative AI Practice

Deloitte India on Tuesday took a step towards transformative solutions for businesses and communities with the launch of its Generative AI practice.

This strategic move by Deloitte India aims to equip clients with innovative tools, talent and collaborative alliances to navigate the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Deloitte's Generative AI practice will look to act as a catalyst for this transformation, facilitating the development and implementation of innovative AI-driven solutions through global alliances. Additionally, the practice will assist clients in understanding the risks, limitations, and ethical considerations associated with Generastive AI throughout the entire development, deployment and commercialisation process.

The Generative AI practice at Deloitte has already embarked on exploring various use cases in India. From leveraging chatbots to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction, to developing image generation tools and prompt-based visualisation tools for improved decision-making, and generating catalog-based products to enhance customer experiences, Deloitte is collaborating with leading clients to integrate Generative AI into their operations.

Deloitte India is collaborating with alliance partners to train its workforce and enhance their expertise in Foundation Models. Leveraging its global teams and the Deloitte AI Academy, the company will look to bridge the talent gap in AI and equip professionals with diverse AI skills.
