Defence Ministry Receives Rs 224 Cr As 2nd Interim Dividend From BEL In FY23

BEL has declared 60 per cent as Second Interim Dividend (Rs 0.60 per share) to its shareholders for the financial year 2022-23 (FY 2022-23)

Centre on Monday said it has received Rs 224 crore as the second interim dividend from defence PSU Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL).

BEL has declared 60 per cent as Second Interim Dividend (Rs 0.60 per share) to its shareholders for the financial year 2022-23 (FY 2022-23).

The PSU has paid 60 per cent percent as First Interim Dividend (Rs 0.60 per share) in February 2023 to its shareholders for the financial year 2022-23 (FY 2022-23). It has also paid a total dividend of 450 per cent on its paid-up capital for the FY2021-22.

Centre said this was the 20th consecutive year that BEL paid its Interim Dividend to the government.
