Decoding Compliances, Policies In Favour And Risks Involved for SME World

MSMEs act as the backbone of the global economy, however, SMEs need compliances, policies to support them financially which will help them sustain, amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, according to the experts.

SMEs consist of approximately 80 per cent of employment in many countries and collectively employ billions of people, according to the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). They act as the backbone of the global economy, however, SMEs need compliances, policies to support them financially which will help them sustain, amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Recognising the importance of this issue, BW Businessworld organised a panel discussion on "Compliances, Policies in Favour & Risks Involved for the SME World (Export / Skills / Finance / Digital / Sustainability)," as a part of its 'BW Emerging Conclave and Awards 2022'. 

The eminent personalities like Sridhar Potaraju - Advocate, Supreme Court of India, Pinky Anand - Sr. Advocate, Former Additional Solicitor - General of India, Seema Jhingan – Senior Partner & Co-founder, LexCounsel and Daksh Ahluwalia - Partner, J Sagar Associate expressed their thoughts and perspectives during the discussion. The event was moderated by Sudhir Mishra - Founder & Managing Partner, Trust Legal.
