Mathura Civil Court Accepts Krishna Janmabhoomi Land Dispute Petition

The court has taken a big decision on the Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah dispute. The court accepted the application for hearing on the land dispute. Now the case will go on this dispute in the lower court

The court has taken a big decision on the Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah dispute in Mathura. The Mathura Civil Court allowed the title suit. Petition on Krishna Janmabhoomi land dispute has been accepted. Now this case will go on in the lower court.

According to the information, the matter will now be heard in the lower court and the decision will be taken after the debate. Apart from this, there was also a demand to cancel the 1968 land agreement in the petition.

Mathura District and Sessions Judge Rajiv Bharti has given this decision. In this case, there are 6 plaintiffs including advocate Ranjana Agnihotri (who claims to be a devotee of Krishna herself), this appeal was filed in the year 2020, in which it was claimed to get ownership of the land of Shahi Idgah.

It is noteworthy that this suit was dismissed by the court of civil judge on 30 September 2020. After being rejected by the lower court, an appeal was made to the district judge's court. After a long debate and hearing going on since the year 2020, the decision has come in this case. The district judge's court has accepted the revision petition of Krishna Viraajman.
