CAPSI Will Provide Employment To Agniveers After 4 Years: Chairman

There is no place where private security is not working, almost one crore people are working as security forces and securing the country internally, said Kunwar Vikram Singh, Chairman of CAPSI (Central Association of Private Security Industry).

While addressing the gathering at the 17th Annual Conference of CAPSI, Singh said that we are thankful to the government that the Private Security Regulation Act 2005 is included in the ease of doing business in 2020. 

He appealed to the government for amendments in the laws in the presence of union ministers, he said, “We need to amendment in the respective acts, even though we have provided the necessary modifications in writing to the ministry of home affairs.”

He also claimed that CAPSI takes the responsibility to provide employment to the Agniveers after 4 years. 

“We will also provide 2 months of training because the army and security forces are very different. Also, the standards will be under the BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards),” he added.

Mainly we have developed international standards and he said that those who took training under BIS can work in the world anywhere.

On occasion, The book “THE PROTECTORS,” authored by Kunwar Vikram Singh was also launched by dignitaries including Annurag Batra, editor-in-chief of BW Businewssworld.

On the association with CAPSI, Batra said that three years ago, we partnered with CAPSI and now, we will able to bring out the editorial products that this industry can have and do justice with its growth, especially when this industry does the service of the nation.

He also invited the CAPSI leadership in making the BW Security World community bigger. “We are happy to associate with CAPSI and looking forward,” he added.
