General elections are scheduled to be held on 2nd October 2022 in Brazil to elect the President, Vice President, and the National Congress. There are more than 156 million registered voters in Brazil for this election, making the country the second largest democracy in the Americas and one of the largest in the world.

Incumbent president Jair Bolsonaro, elected in 2018, is a candidate for reelection. Former president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, elected in 2002 and reelected in 2006, is a candidate for tri-election.  It’s interesting to note that voting in Brazil is allowed for citizens over 16 years old and mandatory for those between 18 and 70 years old. Those who do not vote in an election and do not present an acceptable justification must pay a fine.

The authentic birth data of both candidates are not available thus I’ll be using the tried and tested technique of mundane astrology to predict the outcome of Brazil election 2022. The same methodology was used for accurate predictions of last two U.S elections i.e. Trump and Biden wins in 2016 and 2020 respectively. The same methodology was also used successfully in recent conducted Italy general elections.

The voting day chart analysis indicates victory for former left wing president Lula da Silva with fewer margins. The lagna represent the ruling party and the seventh house represents the main opposition party in the voting day chart. The presence of malefic planets around 1/7 axis of the chart also hints about scattered violence on election/counting day.
