There’s a monopoly in the making. In the last 6 months, Boston Institute of Analytics, an education company established in Boston in 2019 by Ashwin Malik Meshram, has grown from 1 campus to 25 campuses in India. The education brand focussed on advanced tech and AI trainings has grown 200 per cent in revenue in the last quarter, and Ashwin says the revenue numbers in store in the next 3 quarters would mean that BIA becomes the fastest growing education company in India, ever.

Tapping the enormous demand in classroom training space, every BIA campus in India enrols 130+ students every month for advanced tech courses like Data Science, Cyber Security, Machine Learning, etc. The trainings to students is provided by industry professionals working at Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Citibank and such top MNCs. These trainings are delivered in classrooms and conference rooms at top co-working spaces like Wework, Regus, 91 Springboard, etc. thus giving an experience more closer to corporate learning than college-like learning to students.

BIA is currently operating 25 campuses in India, with 37 additional campuses already in the process of getting operational. Founded by IIT Bombay alumnus Ashwin Malik Meshram and senior education industry professional Sufia Khan, BIA was established in Boston in 2019 and later expanded to London and India in the same year. The advanced tech focused education company witnessed a rapid expansion of campuses after rolling out the franchise model in late 2022. Earlier this month, BIA expanded its footprint in Middle East with campuses planned in United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. The first campus in Middle East is planned to be operational in Dubai in August followed by campuses in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh and Doha.

Ranked number one analytics training institute by Business Asia, Indian Analytics Forum, IFC and several recognized forums, BIA is on its way to operate 100 campuses by end of 2023. 62 of those campus partners have already been appointed and the campuses will go live in the next 3-6 months.

Ashwin Malik Meshram, CEO of BIA, has indicated an even faster growth in store in the next few quarters. “The classroom training space has been operating without any established brand. A lot of Ed-techs have focussed on online education segment. Indian education market has never been an online education market. Serious learners of technology want to learn in a classroom environment from practising industry professionals. And that is the segment BIA operates in, that too with an almost monopoly at this point. Our admissions and revenue have been growing 3X every quarter and with our 62 campuses that will get operational in India in 2023, we are on our way to reach 300 crores of revenue run rate by end of this year.”
