BlackBerry recently launched its KEYone smartphone in India and now the handset is available for buyers through Amazon. Priced at Rs 39,990, the handset is available in limited edition black colour. With the purchase of this smartphone, Vodafone is offering 75GB free data for existing and new subscribers. American Express is also offering up to 4,000 bonus points to the credit card members. 

The main highlight of the smartphone is its QWERTY keypad. This keyboard is armed with a slew of features such as flick typing, touch navigation gestures and separate keyboard shortcuts for each key. With the space key also acting as a fast and accurate fingerprint sensor, experience convenience like never before

KEYone runs on Android 7.1 Nougat and powered by 2.0 Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 Octa-core processor coupled with 4GB RAM. It has 64GB internal storage which is expandable up to 2TB through MicroSD card. Also, KEYone is the BlackBerry’s first dual-SIM smartphone in India.

KEYone features a 4.5-inch full-HD (1620x1080) IPS LCD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 for its protection. It sports a 12-megapixels rear camera f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, and dual tone LED flash. On the front is an 8-megapixels selfie shooter with f/2.2 aperture, wide-angle lens and screen flash.

BlackBerry KEYone is backed by a 3505mAh non-removable battery which supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 and charges the device up to 50 per cent in 36 minutes. The spacebar on the QWERTY keypad of the handset also doubles as a fingerprint sensor for unlocking it.

KEYone measures 149.3x72.5x9.4mm and weighs 180 grams. Connectivity options are – Wi-Fi, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, GPS, 3.5mm audio-jack, and USB Type-C.
