Sayal says the company’s work culture is akin to that of a family. “Being a close-knit unit, we celebrate every small or big occasion as a family. Bharti Realty began as a venture to cater for the real estate requirements of group companies. “However over the years, we realised the potential that exists in our people and we started developing rent-yielding assets meant for housing external corporates,” says Sayal.  “As on date, we have 14 existing projects, five million square feet of existing portfolio and nine million square feet under construction,” he says.
