Avinash Chate’s Journey From Being An Insignificant Lamp To Being A Magnificent Torchlight

He is an entrepreneur and business consultant. Motivational speaker and a best-selling author. He is credited with more than 1000 seminars on a wide spectrum of topics from setting up life goals to building efficient leadership skills. Before tasting the success he has been through a series of failures that have made him what he is today.

Like an average service-class boy, he faced the ire of societal standards and peer pressure of achieving high like the rest of his family members. Although an above-average student he was detained twice during his educational span. This was the time he went through immense criticism for not being able to perform. Later he did Masters's in Engineering. His love for books and knowledge on a variety of topics made him gain knowledge in various managerial subjects like communication, leadership, team building, and many more. His knowledge of a great range of subjects has helped him become a great orator.

He started his professional journey as a speaker in 2014 with technical topics and then slowly moved on to managerial topics and then motivational speakers. Coming to 2022 his schedules are jampacked to address the need of various domains and industries. Starting from Monday when he addresses employees of firms from the manufacturing industry to move on to RBI senior lawyers, IT companies, distributors, and students. Each day is dedicated to a specific domain and addressing issues that hinder efficiency and results in the workplace. His programs too are tailor-made to suit industry-specific needs. Avinash says “ Each domain is different and even in a specific domain needs of each organisation or institute are different based on their micro and macro factors, so many programs are developed taking care of client-specific requirements.”

In 2019 he ensembled all his knowledge and came up with a book titled “ The Winning Edge”. Which has become one of the best-selling books in the non-fiction category(motivational topics). The book contains tools, methods, and strategies for those who have goals and problems, and who have dreams and setbacks. It will help to overcome the helplessness and despair of a disappointing failure

that may have crushed you. Avinash is also a TedX speaker who has influenced thousands of people with his inspiring thoughts about life and success.

He has spent his professional journey understanding the underlying situation that affects individuals' and organizations’ performances and providing solutions through specific training schedules. He is also busy writing another book titled 'The Unanswered’ which is going to be published soon.
