A veteran with over 18 years of cross-industry global experience, Mehra co-founded Antworks in 2015 for providing technical and business process solutions to the world.

Says Mehra, "I am looking at making life at Antworks an adventure for everyone who walks through the door. Antworks will be built on 3 distinctive pillars - Fresh: Fearless: Fast," Asheesh said describing his new venture.

The startup, which has been co-founded along with technology and outsourcing veteran Govind Sandhu, will primarily cater to specific industries like Healthcare and Financial sectors through two delivery models - BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) and TaaS (Technology as a Service).

Headquartered in Singapore, Antworks will have a global footprint with offices in Qatar, London and it has already set up a 200 seat delivery centre in Pune, which is live and operational.

The new venture has raised about Rs 51 crore through seed capitals and will provide services to hospitals chains, insurance companies, specialty hospitals clinic, agriculture banks, mortgage providers and refinancing institutions.

"The USP of the company is its customer-centric approach. The vision is to create a company with the customer at its core. The company aims to foster a smart working culture, where the team will be stakeholders and not mere employees. Through Antworks, Asheesh wants to nurture future leaders for the technology industry.
