Ameyo Plans To Hire 200 As Part Of The Global Expansion Agenda

Gurgaon-based Ameyo on Wednesday (18 November) announced to hire nearly 200 employees at different levels, largely in departments such as Research and Development, Enterprise Sales and Marketing.

In order to meet the increasing customer demand and strengthen the company, Ameyo declared a massive number of vacancies, at its Headquarter in Gurgaon.

The organisation has an impressive clientele in various sectors including Consumer Tech, Ecommerce, BFSI and more.

“It is imperative for an organisation to hire the right talent. Out of these 200 vacancies, we look forward to accommodate 20 per cent in Senior Management, 50 per cent in mid- level and the remaining for other departments. A major share of the new recruits will be for our Headquarters in Gurgaon. However, we will be adding resources in Mumbai, Bangalore, Philippines and US.” said Bishal Lachhiramkha, CEO, Ameyo.

He further added, “The company has also rolled out initiatives around safety at Work, Women Security, Grievance redressal forum, health Insurance plans and built up a recreation and sport area to ensure a vibrant work environment and employee well-being. We give ownership to each individual to take charge of their own career and how they want it to be progressed and provide a fast paced performance culture which does not define set rules for progress.”
