Akasa Air To Start Services From Lucknow On Christmas

The officials of the low cost domestic air carrier informed that Lucknow has a big crowd commuting between Bengaluru and Mumbai and they will soon be expanding their services to other cities of the state as well

Low cost airline Akasa Air, a brand of SNV Aviation Private Limited, will be starting its services from the state capital of Uttar Pradesh Lucknow from 25 December 2022. The officials of Akasa Air gave the first boarding pass as a souvenir to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday. The service will connect Lucknow to Mumbai and Bengaluru. 

The officials of the low cost domestic air carrier informed that Lucknow has a big crowd commuting between these cities and they will soon be expanding their services to other cities of the state as well. 

The Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was informed about the details of the airline company which included routes, fare and more. He said that Akasa Air is starting its air service for the Bengaluru-Lucknow-Mumbai route. It should also be linked to Varanasi. This route is the most frequented, as many international tourists also frequent this route. Yogi informed the officials about the upcoming airports in the state and told the officials that they should consider flights connecting Lucknow, Varanasi or Kushinagar to Kathmandu in Nepal as the Buddhist circuit has immense potential. 

Akasa Air Chief Executive Officer Vinay Dubey, Co-Founder Neelu Khatri, Co-Founder Praveen Iyer, Vice President Harjinder Singh and many other top officials were present on the occasion.
