What are you reading at the moment? What did you recently finish reading? What have you learnt from it?
Tao Of Warren Buffet by Mary Buffett and David Clark is what I just finished. I found the format very user friendly and found a lot of stimulating stuff. One thing that stood out for me was that it's better to do one thing really well , excel in it rather than many things that may dilute your attention and therefore not give desired outcome. The other books I am reading are The Argumentative Indian by Amartya Sen (with a dictionary!) and The Sunset Club by Khushwant Singh .
The one book all leaders must read... and why?
I think Stephen Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective People is very relevant. Managing yourself before you can managers is a prerequisite for leadership. Good To Great by Jim Collins, again simple but guides how to excel and differentiate . I would always recommend to the instant result driven world to read the Bhagwad Gita; concentrate on the task at hand with utmost sincerity.. that's bound to bear fruit.
