A new phase of investment is starting from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, said Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Thursday.

While speaking at the closing Ceremony of the Global Investors Summit (GIS), he said that Madhya Pradesh is such a state which will hold the finger and when it does, then it will not let down.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that he alone is not behind this success. There is also the guidance and visionary leadership of Prime Minister Modi and the cooperation of union ministers.

He added that whenever there is a need, we walk together hand in hand. We have tied you in the bond of love. With the love with which people from 84 countries met, it seemed as if the whole world had come down to Indore

"This is amazing love. These are also the values of India. Our Prime Minister has also given the message of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam for G-20. Treat everyone like yourself. Everyone is like us only. Be it any country, we are one, the whole world is one family," stated the CM.

While assuring investors, Chouhan added that as CEO of Madhya Pradesh, I assure you that not even a penny of your investment will go waste and we will stand with you.

"We have travelled from zero to peak in 18 years. We have travelled from potholed roads to glorious highways, from piles of filth to the pinnacle of cleanliness. I congratulate the 8.50 crore people of the state," he added.

Meanwhile, Chouhan said that proposals worth Rs 15,42,500 crores have been received from industrialists and investors to set up industries via GIS.
