All is not well in the glamorous world of start ups. It damages cells leading to aging and disease. We can control and combat this condition to shield our brains and cells.
Consume low fat diet with plenty of antioxidant rich fruits and vegetables, whole grains, Omega-3 fatty acids can help boost brain’s resistance to damage caused by free radicals. Drink lots of green and avoid milk and milk products. Avoid alcohol and cigarettes.
Nadi Shodhana Pranayam
Sit in a comfortable cross-legged position . Close the right nostril with your right thumb.
Inhale deeply through the left nostril. Then Close the left nostril with the ring finger of your right hand as you release the right nostril. Exhale slowly through your right nostril. Repeat the technique with your left nostril now. This way the oxygen travels into your body and cleanses the free radicals
It’s all in mind as said. Think positive…Your anxiety and depression are transmitted to cellular levels. You need to start thinking it will happen and send positive signals to deep down in your cells. You have to be mentally strong and cure your own body, with your own positive energy. Cultivate positive thinking and positive approach to life.
In this therapy there is a liberal application of the medicated oil (herbal concoction of milk or other materials) on the head and body. A specially designed apparatus is filled with the medicated oil and placed at a specific height. The masseur then swings the apparatus back and forth so that the oil flows continuously and gently across the forehead.
