Tech giant Google's CEO, Sundar Pichai that money and benefits are not everything and that employees should look for fun at work instead of getting upset by the recession and cut in benefits from the company.

Actually, recently the company has reduced the travel and entertainment expenses of its employees. On this, the employees raised many questions and asked for their answers from the company's CEO Sundar Pichai. On this, Pichai has answered the employees.

After this, the employees of the company raised questions in many ways. On this, Sundar Pichai said furiously – Allowance and money are not everything. Employees should focus on their work and find fun for themselves at work. These steps taken by the company have been taken only for the betterment of the employees and such things should not disturb the employees.

According to the reports, Google was able to earn much less than expected in the second quarter and after that the company has taken a few steps. Disappointed by the decision, many employees have also left the company. Sundar Pichai further said, "We are a hardworking company and you should not worry about money to work with us. When our company was not that big and there were not so many people with us, we used to work with pleasure even at that time. At present we have enough members in our team and whether there are 20 people or 100 people in the team, our focus should be towards the growth of the company."
