Vast scope for Indian Hospitality sector

Chef Hemant Oberoi, Corporate Chef Taj Hotels and Resorts at the occasion of BW Hotelier Indian Hospitality Awards 2016 said that he has transformed from a consumer to a cook to a chef today and is glad that finally now chefs are being recognized. He further said that over a period of time things have changed and chefs today are more knowledgeable, skilled, handle customers which earlier days they could not. Chef Oberoi further added that food is now changing whether for good or bad and India has got a good/vast scope. Our industry will do very well in coming one or two decades. India is here to stay and people must have patience. What goes in making a good restaurant and good food that people need to recognize.
