The one book all leaders must read... and why?
7 Habits Of Highly Effective People by Stephen R Covey is one book that has had a profound influence on me. This is a book that has not only inspired me but guided me in various situations in life. I tend to follow his principle No. 5, “Seek first to understand, then to be understood” because I believe in listening first, comprehending the situation and then, offering my point of view. It helps get things in the right perspective.
