Window Opens For MBA Ticket

The registration for newly launched Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2012 by AICTE starts on 9 December 2012. Candidates can register for the computer based test online on www.aicte-cmat.in. The 9 days long test window starts from 20 Feb to 28 Feb 2012. The test will be conducted in two slots everyday starting from 09.30am - 12.30pm and 2.30pm - 5.30pm. Aspirants can seek admission for around 4 lakh seats in AICTE approved Institutions and university departments through CMAT scores. 

According to the AICTE, the test is introduced to reduce the students' burden of attending to multiple examinations. The test will also facilitate institutions to select suitable students for admission in all management programmes approved by AICTE for year 2012-13. The three-hour long test will be conducted online in 61 cities across the country and its result will be out on 11 March 2012. The registration for CMAT closes on 9 January 2012.
