'You can be creative but in the end of the day you have to follow a process'

If not in the current profession, you would be?
I would have been a writer. Writing has always been very special to me, right from school days. Whenever I am making a presentation or a brief there is a writer who is looking forward to go all out.

One tune you always hum.
Summer of 69, one of those songs which have a perfect mix of remarkable music and powerful lyrics. This song has been there on top of my playlist for a long time

One book to read when you want to motivate yourselves?
How to stop worrying and start living by Dale Carnegie. This book was one of the earliest inspirational books I had read when at the starting phase of my professional career and the lessons I learned from it helped me throughout my life so far.

One dialogue of a movie that motivates you or you like the most.
Godfather – “I will make him an offer he can’t refuse”, one of the most iconic dialogues of this century, I think that every stage of our life we are in a situation of trade-off and I remember this dialogue every time

The place you never been to and always want to go?

Iceland, because I was always intrigued to visit the land of Ice and Fire. The majestic glaciers, beautiful waterfalls, and their culture have always attracted me.

An animal that signifies you & why?
Dog - Noble, true and a loyal friend. I believe that these two traits are very important for organizational growth.  Also, selflessness is one of the qualities that everyone must learn from them

A movie character you most resemble or resonate with.

Marty Mcfly from the movie – “Back to the future”, I always liked his friendly and cheerful nature, his quest for knowledge, quick wit and bravery. But his habit of getting into trouble is always hilarious

Choose one from each below:
Marvel or DC: –  DC, I like the naturality and rawness in each frame and the tone  of the films
Batman or Superman – Superman, because he is strong and courageous but also a lovable and caring

Tom or Jerry -  Jerry, the mischievous and the smartest character
Chacha Chaudhary or Super Commando Dhruv –  Chacha Chaudhry, because he is one of my all-time favorite characters

If your life was to be turned into a movie who would you like to play your part?
I would like it to be played by Shah Rukh Khan because I am a huge fan of Mr Khan.

Luck or Hard Work, what do you think weighs more in defining a successful person?
Smart Work is what I believe in. Anyone can work hard and luck is highly unpredictable. Smartness, on the other hand, is something where your physical and mental abilities are in sync and make you decide efficiently and effectively

One best decision you ever made.
One of the best career decision I made was to join CavinKare, the company where I learnt so much during my 11 years stint.

A strategy that you always use to take your decisions in personal or professional life?
Be creative but follow the process. This is the truth that I have learned over the years. You can be creative but in the end of the day you have to follow a process

Whose advise you seek when in dilemma?
Current boss or ex- boss, because I believe that respecting your superiors is very important as they provide you with wisdom and opportunities based on their experience and knowledge. It has always helped me in my growth

What has been your biggest achievement?
My twin daughters. They are my biggest treasure, also my greatest achievements

One thing that you want to change in yourself.
Get up early and exercise. Even though I would love to habituate that practice but its highly difficult for me. But a healthy mind requires a healthy body, therefore will try hard to implement it.

A line said by your closed one that you never forget.
“Life is simple, we complicate it.”  The most simple and useful motto that helped me overcome many obstacles and hurdles in my personal as well as professional life.
