Walk The Talk

I have realised that it’s very easy to give Gyan (advice) about life to others about fears and challenges and love but to actually walk the talk is when one understands whether it’s all just Gyan or is it something that one can really do!

Hmmm...A new beginning to write for this platform made me think. I realised that I would be giving advice to people through this platform and so I questioned myself as to what gives me the right to do so.

A very strange paranormal incident on Dec 19th, 2015 that happened in full waking hours and lasted for 1 hr 48 mins and occurred with my eyes wide open has completely changed my life’s direction. I threw myself into research at the speed of lightning and I found my life calling.

I know now that I will be a seeker of truth till my last breath.

So, getting back to the point as to what gives me the right to advise any other human being on this planet comes from the fact that life became my greatest teacher and I have spent every moment of my time and energy and put my entire focus into looking for an answer for that 1 hour 48 minutes of my life.

The knowledge that has opened up to me has completely blown me over and my attempt is not to give you advice but to take you along on this amazing journey called life with me. It’s going to be an exciting journey so do stay tuned because you never know, something might click with you and change your life. If I am able to change even one life towards the light through this blog then I’ll know that I have done my responsibility on this planet.

I have realised that it’s very easy to give Gyan (advice) about life to others about fears and challenges and love but to actually walk the talk is when one understands whether it’s all just Gyan or is it something that one can really do!!

Facing certain challenges and making strong choices to enable one to take certain hard decisions is not easy but the real test comes when all the Gyan that one gives another is applicable to oneself !!!

All philosophers, Gurus etc make it sound so simple in their books or talks that it makes the person who is reading or listening to the material feel small about themselves. For many years I read philosophy and researched a lot of material about life but the actual test came to me when I could actually put into practice all the knowledge I had received.

Was I able to walk the talk ???....or was it all just about talk!!

So I can say today that I have managed in many challenges to walk the talk and I have failed in some but at least I have tried to walk the talk ...have you tried to walk the talk?

Ask yourself this before you give advice to anyone around you or make a judgment call on any situation around you.

You will begin to understand yourself better through this process because I can assure you it takes guts and hard decisions to WALK THE TALK. It is only when all the knowledge that one has acquired or read or listened to is put into practical action that one can actually FEEL the results.

There is a huge difference between understanding something and knowing something. Understanding takes intellect like reading a book on life and philosophy and understanding what is being said but knowing comes from a place when the knowledge is put into action for yourself. It is in this knowing that we will begin to see change and progress happening in one’s life otherwise it’s only parrot learning which eventually serves no purpose.

What’s the point of all the knowledge in the world if you don’t apply the principles to yourself?

It is only in the knowing that you will be able to truly understand the knowledge that you have heard or read. And it is this knowing which will give you the right to advice anyone else on this planet so that you can move them towards the light. Your intention while giving advice should always be for the best of the other individual and not about your own ego.

So I look forward to this journey with you and I hope I am able to take you towards the light and make this journey called life a beautiful experience.
