Vedanta Resources Appoints Kuldip Kaura Interim CEO

Vedanta Resources on Thursday (31 August) announced the appointment of Kuldip Kaura as Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective 1 September 2017. He replaced Thomas Albanese who is step down as CEO and from the Board on Thursday.
However, he will remain the chairman of Vedanta’s Zambian copper business, Konkola Copper Mines.
The process to identify Vedanta's new CEO is ongoing.
