Ever find that your new year resolutions are simply recycled to-do lists?

If your resolutions revolved around living better, looking good and feeling great this year then VITALITY HOURS – the first-of-its-kind wellness weekend, should have gotten you to start the New Year on the right note!

VITALITY HOURS is an intimate festival, where the best experts and leaders in the space of health, fitness, nutrition, alternative medicine & healing come together to offer the aspirational and the seasoned wellness hunter a unique experience and deeper dive into their wellness journey.

The wellness festival was first held on the 17th & 18th of February 2018 at Kona, 1 Jorbagh Market, where it attracted 400 + registered attendees over the weekend.

Consequent mini wellness workshops took place in June & November 2018.

The next mini Wellness Weekend is slated for the 19th & 20th of January, 2019, at the Café Dori Warehouse, Chattarpur.

A zen-like space is created which is clean, white, green and spartan so that one can tune into oneself easily. It is a time devoted to eat, feel, heal.

It brings together open-minded and enthusiastic individuals that are dedicated to self-care & self-growth, and the experience at VITALITY HOURS only deepens their well-being experience.

The sessions include fitness by illustrious experts in Yoga, Holistic Fitness & Pilates, talks on various health topics given by the few Functional & Integrative Medicine practitioners in the country along with Guided Meditation classes.

Besides the main sessions, attendees can also delve into more intimate sessions on Pre-Natal Yoga, Diet Planning, Oracle Card Reading & Crystal Healing, Skin Reading, Dosha Screening, Vedic Pulse-Testing, Heavy-Metal Testing, and DNA Testing.

VH is created by ANTIDOTE founders, Carol and Nadia, who are continually creating awareness on nutrition & well-being through innovative products & educative campaigns. Their ongoing interaction with various leaders in the fields of health, fitness & nutrition along with a keen understanding of the urban Indian’s lifestyle issues drove them to coin this concept because they felt it was time to make health convenient & wellness easy for the urban Indian.

ANTIDOTE is a functional beverage brand- the first to introduce India to the concept of Superfood Drinks through carefully calculated blends & natural fortification for superior nutrition.

VITALITY HOURS has collaborated with various eminent coaches, experts & leaders such as Vesna Jacob (Celebrated Holistic Fitness Coach), Zubin Atre (Founder, Atre Yoga), Sunaina Rekhi (Vinyasa-Flow Yoga Expert), Begum Gulderen (Mysore-style Ashtanga & Pre-Natal Yoga Expert), Dr Alok Chopra (founder, Daivam Wellness & Ashlok Hospital), Amit Goswami (NLP Coach), Dr Anjali Hooda (Integral & Functional Medicine MD), Dr Aruna Viswanathan (Medical Advisor, Organic India), Malini Ramani (Veteran designer & Kundalini Yoga teacher), Mini Shastri (Wellness Consultant, Good Earth), Loveneet Batra (Renowned Nutritionist), Natasha Mahindra (Founder, Anam Cara Wellness Retreats) and Bhavini Kalan (International Yoga Festival Advisor & Lifestyle Coach), Chetna Chakravarthy (Positivity Coach), Devina Deswal (Childbirth Educator & Certified Doula), amongst others.
