Altimetrik was formed in 2012 with a vision to create a global company that catalyses digital and technological transformation by continuously investing in talent, platforms and capabilities. The company has delivery centers in the US, Uruguay and India, and have a workforce of over 1,800 professionals.
Learning is a part of Altimetrik India culture. Employees at all levels are systematically encouraged to consider how they upgrade their knowledge and skills. Employees are listened to and made to feel important by encouraging their suggestions and feedback.
“Altimetrik as a place to work is modelled on the premise of a post-modern digital culture that is attuned to the work attributes of millennials and Gen Y. Innovation, hyper-collaboration, transparency and people development are the tenets on which the entire organisation operates. Its business vision is to help the clients in transforming their journey.
“The ideal company that we are trying to build is one that empowers employees to realise their full potential and provides ample opportunity for growth. Transparency and communication are important here to keep employees informed and engaged,” said Raj Vattikuti, CEO, Altimetrik India.
Introduced as part of the Altimetrik family on 20 June 2018, the AI bot is a smart Chabot, which can talk to employees across the organisation and proactively find who are unhappy or most likely to leave. The idea was to leverage the power of “AI in HR” to improve employee experience or engagement. The AI bot interacts with employees every day to provide insights on the employee concerns, overall mood, culture, engagement and stress score and actionable reports with insights, which tell the company the ways it should improve the workplace.
“The way we celebrate each and every festival is amazing here. There is no micro-management. You are free to do things,” comments one of the employees. “Thought leadership, it is continuously striving for the game-changing ideas to define the next generation IT service company. This makes honest efforts to connect, communicate and involve its associates at all levels to understand, align and accomplish the organisational level goals,” he added.
